How billing works

Monthly plans are billed in advance and continue month to month unless otherwise agreed.

When custom quoting applies

Larger builds, advanced automations, e-commerce, and bigger integrations are usually scoped separately.

Need one-off work?

We also take fixed-scope project work when a retainer is not the right fit.

Prices shown in GBP. We also work with international clients and can quote in USD or EUR where needed.

Common questions

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly plans work on a rolling basis with 30 days’ notice unless a custom agreement says otherwise.

Does the monthly price include hosting or domains?

Not by default. Hosting, domains, paid tools, and third-party subscriptions are usually billed separately unless included in a custom quote.

What counts as a small update?

Things like text edits, image swaps, section updates, or small layout adjustments. Bigger features or new page types are scoped separately.

Do you still take one-off projects?

Yes. If a monthly plan is not the right fit, we can scope one-off work separately and quote it clearly before starting.
